I have grown two pear trees from seed - they're about 2/3ft but have never blossomed - any tips?

Pear trees don't come true to species when grown from seed, you might have a wonderful new variety that will produce magnificent fruit but it is more likely to disappoint! Sadly it will take a good 20 years before you will find out! This is why pears and many other fruit trees are grafted. If you want to guarantee fruit in the near future the answer is to buy a reliable pear variety grafted onto dwarfing rootstock.
