Returning Your Order

Damaged Plants

If you discover your plants are damaged, you must notify us within seven days of the date of delivery. We may inspect the goods, either by asking you to return the goods to us or through sending us photographic evidence.

If we agree with you that the plants are damaged, and that the damage was not caused by your neglect or misuse, we will, at your choice, replace of refund the plants at no cost to you. We will refund any reasonable costs you prove that you have incurred in returning the damaged plants to us. We recommend that you keep postal receipts for this purpose.

Incorrect Goods

If we send you incorrect plants, you must notify us as soon as you discover the mistake and within seven days. We will arrange for our carrier to collect the plants from you.

We will refund the price of the goods and delivery, and ask you to place a new order.

If you have any issue with your order, please contact our Customer Services department.

Our lifetime guarantee on hardy plants

We take great pride in the quality of our plants. However, if one of our hardy plants dies, simply return the plant to us along with your receipt and/or the barcode label and we will be happy to replace it with another plant of the same value.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
