Climbing Hydrangea - 3 litres
Hydrangea petiolaris, the Climbing Hydrangea, is a deservedly popular self-clinging deciduous climber with scented creamy-white lacecap flowers in June. Deep green leaves turn yellow in autumn and contrast well with the glossy brown stems. Initially slow-growing, it becomes more vigorous as it ages and can grow to great heights. Good for growing on shady north facing walls and up trees. Height up to 15m.
Plant in moist but well-drained fertile soil in sun or shade. Prune if required after flowering.
This plant has an RHS Award of Garden Merit.
