Chaenomeles x superba 'Pink Lady' (Japanese quince) is an attractive spreading variety bearing clear pink cup-shaped flowers on bare branches from late January to May. Ornamental and fragrant apple-like yellow quinces ripen in autumn and are suitable for making jelly. Ideal for training against a wall or fence.
Small hardy deciduous shrub. Plant in any reasonable well-drained fertile soil in full sun or light shade.
