Elaeagnus pungens'Quicksilver is one of the best silver-leaved shrubs, bearing slender, almost frosted silver-grey leaves and tiny fragrant creamy-white flowers in June. Spreads by suckers but is easily controlled.
Large hardy deciduous shrub. Plant in well-drained soil in full sun. RHS Award of Garden Merit.
