Aucuba japonica 'Rozannie'
Japanese laurel - 3 litres
Aucuba japonica 'Rozannie' (Japanese laurel) is a compact variety with superb lance-shaped glossy dark green leaves. The best aucuba for berries, which are long lasting and borne in profusion if planted near a male variety (eg 'Golden King' or 'Mr Goldstrike'). Suitable for growing in a container as well as a border.
Small hardy evergreen shrub. Thrives in most soils in sun, partial or deep shade. Tolerant of poor dry soil once established but objects to cold winter winds and frost pockets.
