Rosa Arthur Bell' (F)
Standard Floribunda rose - 7.5 litres
Rosa 'Arthur Bell' is an excellent free-flowering variety, with large, strongly fragrant semi-double flowers opening rich, bright yellow, fading through primrose to cream, with crimson stamens, all through summer and well into autumn, standing up well to rain. Healthy, glossy, dark green foliage. Makes an excellent standard, ideal to give height to a group of matching bush roses or as the centrepiece of an island bed.
Grown on an 80cm (32in) stem. Overall height and spread if head is pruned each February-March 1.8m by 80cm (6ft x 32in). Thrives in rich, well-drained soil in an open, sunny site, sheltered from strong winds. Stake securely up to the full height of the stem.
