Centaurea cyanus 'Classic Romantic' is a romantic mixture of single and semi-double blooms in gorgeous pink and red shades combined with a pink and white bicolour. Easy to grow. A cottage garden classic, creating a long flowering display in borders, or when used as a cut flower.

|Useful/additional information||Sow outdoors where they are to flower. Prepare the ground well and rake to a fine tilth before sowing. Sow 6mm (1/4in) deep, in rows 30cm (12in) apart. When large enough to handle, thin out seedlings to 30cm (12in) apart. Water regularly until plants are fully established. Deadhead faded cornflower blooms to prolong the flowering period.|
