Dahlia Fifteen Love = 'Dream Seeker'
Dahlia - 3 litres
Dahlia Fifteen Love ('Dream Seeker') is one of an exciting new series of compact Dahlias raised in New Zealand with dark foliage providing a contrasting background to orange flowers with an inner row of small pinkish petals around a dark red central disc. Flowers from July to the first hard frosts of autumn. Perfect for hot colour schemes in beds or borders. Height 80cm, planting distance 60cm.
Plant after any danger of frost has passed, in rich, well-drained soil, in a sunny position. Deadhead to keep the flowers coming. Mulch well before winter. In cold areas lift when the foliage has been blackened by frost and store the tuber in a cool, frost-free place. Plant out the following April or, for earlier flowers, start off in pots on a windowsill or in a greenhouse and plant out after hardening off in May or June.
