Prunus subhirtella 'Autumnalis' is a classic small tree producing sprays of small, semi-double blush-white flowers in mild spells from November to May, often putting on a good display over Christmas. Small, neat leaves often colour richly in autumn. It is best planted in moist, well drained soil, and grows to an ultimate height of 4.1m - 8m in 20 - 50 years. Can be kept compact by pruning after flowering.
