Solanum tuberosum 'Nadine'
Second Early Potato 'Nadine' - 2 kg
Solanum tuberosum Nadine is a show bench winner, producing bumper crops of tasty white spuds that store well. Ideal for boiling, mashing, and baking.
Each 2kg sack contains roughly 20 - 28 tubers.
First earlies and second earlies perform better producing better, healthy less diseased crops if chitted before planting. Chitting encourages strong shoots which speeds up the growth once in the ground. Place your seed spuds in an egg or seed tray in a cool, dry, frost free location out of direct sunlight. The new shoots will appear from one end, this is the so called rose or stubs end, orientate so the rose end is point
ing upwards. When Chunky chits reach approx. 25mm (1 inch) plant out in the ground or large container.
Plant outside from mid March onwards and harvest after 13 weeks .
