We will match the price of the same garden product, if you find it cheaper at another Garden Centre because we know that value for money is important to you.
We will price match the advertised price of gardening products offered by other specialist garden centres. We will not price match promotions, promotional vouchers or online codes.
Gardening products include compost, landscaping (bark, aggregates, gravel sand, fencing slabs and blocks) tools and machinery, garden essentials, fertilisers, lawn care, pest control, outdoor garden furniture, garden lighting and garden décor, outdoor pots and planters, wild bird care, BBQs, fuel. We will not price match plants.
We will price match other specialist garden centres, that operate from a fixed premises in the United Kingdom and operate exclusively as garden centres. We will not price match retailers that sell gardening products as part of their wider offer, alongside non gardening products. We will not price match garden centres who are closing down or are in administration.
If a particular garden centre sells gardening products from its own branded website in addition to its store, we will price match the website, so long as the website prices match those offered in centre. We will not price match on-line exclusive retailers, such as Amazon, as we take pride in the service that we provide our customers in our garden centres.
In order to be price matched, the gardening product must be identical, being of the same model, model name, colour, specification and from the same manufacturer. We and the other garden centre must have the particular gardening product in stock.
You can claim a refund or match a price in any Wyevale Garden Centre. While we will endeavour to process your price match claim immediately, if we cannot verify the claim on the spot, we may refer you to our in-store Duty Manager who will attempt to verify your claim.
To match a price, we need to be able to verify the other garden centre's price and availability of stock. You will need to provide us with such evidence. If you are a member of the Garden Club, Garden Club points will only be received in relation to the matched price actually paid.
If you have already purchased a gardening product from us, you will have up to 28 days from the date of purchase to claim a refund from us. If you have a valid claim, we will refund you the value of the difference in price in the same form of tender used to pay for the original purchase. You will need to provide your original receipt in addition to evidence of the other garden centre's price and availability of stock. If you are a member of the Garden Club and received Garden Club points on the full value of the original purchase, any Garden Club points received on the value of the difference refunded to you, will be deducted from your Garden Club points balance.
We reserve the right to decline a price match or refund if the terms and conditions herein have not been met.
